Kraft Company has a policy that if their products contain gluten, it will be stated.
Velveeta Ingredients: milk, water, whey, milk protein concentrate, milkfat, whey,protein concentrate, sodium phosphate, containes less than 2% of salt, calcium phosphate, lactic acid, sorbic acid as a preservative, sodium citrate, sodium alginate, enzymes, apocardtenal(color), annatto(color), cheese culture.
Contains: Milk
If it has gluten in anything, it would say derived from (wheat, barley, rye or oats) Same for Modified Starch.
