Meeting Minutes – May 11, 2009
The title of this meeting was, “Nutritional Quality of the Gluten-Free Diet”. At this meeting Tricia Thompson, M.S., RD, explained thru teleconference her book, Nutritional Quality of the Gluten-Free Diet. Members were allowed to ask questions and get clarification on a better diet.
The Venders Fair was a huge success. We expected to have 100 people to show up, but attendance was 700.
