CASSEROLE SAUCE MIX
2 cups nonfat dry milk
¾ cup cornstarch
¼ cup instant chicken bouillon, g-f of course
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp dried basil, crushed
½ tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container. To use as a substitute for one can condensed soup, mix 1/3 cup of the dry mix with 1 ¼ cups water in a saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened.
