You can "subscribe" to discussion topics or forums. By subscribing, you to receive email notification whenever someone posts a new message in that discussion or forum, allowing you to receive emails for only those discussions you’re interested in.
You do that by clicking on “Thread Tools” or “Forum Tools” on the top left once you’re in a discussion.
